🏋️‍♀️ About Fat 2 Fit

Hey, I’m so glad you’re here.

I started Fat 2 Fit after a moment of truth: post-hernia surgery, lying on the couch, realizing I wasn’t anywhere close to the shape I thought I was. Not the strong, energetic version of me from 20 years ago—and definitely not ready for the kind of aging I had in mind.

That’s when it hit me: this wasn’t just about recovering from surgery. It was about rebuilding confidence, strength, and long-term health. I didn’t want to settle for getting old—I wanted to age powerfully.

So I created this blog as a real, no-fluff guide to getting fit—not just for the beach, but for life.

💪 Why “Fit” Doesn’t Mean Skinny

This isn’t a six-pack or bikini-body kind of place. If that’s your goal—awesome. But here, we’re focused on becoming functionally strong. We care about:

  • Core strength
  • Bone density
  • Preventing injuries
  • Longevity and energy

Because let’s be honest: the number on the scale only really matters when you're picking your skydiving canopy. What matters more? How well your joints move, how strong your back is, and whether you’ll need a walker (or not) at 60.

🎯 The Mission

My goal with Fat 2 Fit is to help everyday people:

  • Reclaim their strength
  • Eat in ways that fuel the body and brain
  • Use supplements that actually work
  • Understand fitness from a scientific, realistic, and empowering perspective

This blog is built for people who want to:

  • Age like superheroes
  • Feel good naked (or just climbing stairs without pain)
  • And maybe, just maybe—deadlift their grandkids one day

🚀 Let’s Grow Stronger, Together

You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to go keto or run marathons. You just need a little momentum—and a smart plan.

If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again (or maybe for the first time), then you’re in the right place.
